Our gym is a member of the BJC (Bob Jones Martial Arts) group, which has clubs throughout Australasia. TETSUKO THAI BOXING

Our organisation (BJMA) was the first to import and promote Thai Boxing in Australia and we continue to set the standard for training principles & development in this sport, throughout the country. Classes involve:FITNESS DRILLS and PADWORK to develop striking power and focus SPARRING DRILLS to develop attack and defence strategies, and FREE SPARRING to enhance mobility, timing and reflexes. We cater for everyone of ALL ages, fitness levels and goals - whether you want to get fit, make friends, to fight or to do something with your kids.

ZENDOKAI KARATE

ZEN DO KAI FREESTYLE KARATE

Our martial arts classes combine tried and true techniques from classical styles such as Karate and Jiu Jitsu, with the modern innovations of Boxing, Kick Boxing and Submission Grappling.Classes may involve at any one time, a mix of:warmupspadworkself-defence techniquesforms/katassparringBJJ skillsMMA skills; andweaponry.Although our training techniques continue to move with the times, we still adhere to traditional values to ensure your training provides a well-rounded, life enhancing experience. Each class is different, exciting, dynamic and caters to people of all ages and abilities.

TKO KIDS KICKBOXING & KARATE

One thing that many people have forgotten is that LIFE IS A TEAM SPORT. Our programs teach your kids to WORK WITH and LOOK AFTER one another, through the provision of a structured curriculum that develops life skills that everyone needs in order to live a well-rounded life:balance & coordinationself confidenceself awarenessintegrityrespectcourtesy, and discipline.Children can participate in Kickboxing and/or Karate classes and we cater for all children from 6 years upwards.Classes are run during school terms only, as we understand that most kids - and parents - like to have some downtime during the year!

CUNHA BROS BJJ & TEAM NOVA FORCA

BJJ and MMA classes are structured to suit everyone - male and female - of all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. Classes comprise of:fitness and basic drills which are great for toning, balance and core strength, technical drills which focus on teaching you a variety of new moves every class, and some mat time where everyone is encouraged to grapple at their own pace and level.Brothers Cassiano and Luis Cunha, are Black Belts who have travelled from their home in Brazil to find a second home here at our gym, where they can teach their skills to our students.Cassiano and Luis have a fantatstic teaching style and in their short time here, have trained a number of our students to achieve medals in local BJJ competitions.Come and check their classes out!

CAPOEIRA

Capoeira is a unique Brazilian art form, a blend of self-defence acrobatics, dance, music and song. It is known by quick and complex moves, using mainly power kicks and quick leg sweeps, with some ground and aerial acrobatics, knee strikes, take-downs, elbow strikes and punches. It is a fun, exciting and interesting workout - with some fabulous music to train to! A testament to how good the teacher is, Brazilians from all over Perth travel to our gym to train with our instructor, Jensen.

Looking for a fast, furious, fun way to start your working day?Tekno Thaibox is IT!This 45-minute workout (and it's not only to techno music - we have a great variety of tunes!) involves:CardioWeightsMedicine BallsFit BallsSteps, and Pads / Bagwork.It's a great way to start your working day, or to use as a supplementary fitness class - or if martial arts isn't your thing, then this is the class for you!Mums - it's also a great 45 minutes time out from the family in the morning!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training and private classes are available.Please speak to the instructor of your choice regarding their availability.All Black Belts / Singlets and Above are qualified to teach private classes for you, however each person specialises in their own specific area and some have additional fitness qualifications.Prices are dependent on the rank, experience and time of the private class. If you aren't sure about what you are looking for, please speak to your Head Instructors.

FIGHTERS

'Fighting' isn't just for big, tough, boys.Getting in the ring and testing out your skills is a mental challenge, just as much as it is a physical challenge.To this end, we are lucky enough to train a wide range of people of all ages, levels and BOTH sexes, to get in the ring and have a go.We are strong supporters of the Fully Padded Amateur Scene, as this is where most people over come their fears and challenge themselves to 'have a go'.We are also the instigators of the GIRLS FIGHT BACK female's only sparring show, which has so far raised over $6,500 for Breast Cancer Research.Don't look at 'fighting contests' as something mean, nasty and just for physically strong people...it's a game and it's here to be played by ANYONE.
